Product Information

Oil Contamination Sensor(Icount PD) has developed for purpose on-line oil contamination monitoring with using laser type sensor within highly precision. It is possible to judge to on-line and real time for inside facilities & equipment by standard of NAS, ISO, AS4059(option).
It can be measured compactly and conveniently on all point of test by differently Oil Particle Counter.
It is performed multi channels monitoring by on-line which is installed on a large system and continuity process line. Next control method for oil contamination shall be having a on-line monitoring on real time. It is expected that economic effect as reduce of man power, low cost and resources & environment effect as reduce of waste oil & scrap material shall be increased by considered difficult method for used online sensing.
On-line monitoring shall be 1st step as respond for Needs and developing of oil control methods. In recent year, control method of oil contamination is required that it need for diesel or bio-diesel on the center for fuel injection pump by environment policy. To check for oil contamination more rapid, low cost, exact by the icount PD than test of weight or microscope.
