Products Information

AE-300 is analysis software that store high frequency range Acoustic Emission (AE, elastic wave energy) signal generated deformation or destruction from any material. In order to store high frequency signal, it monitor and store the signal over the threshold level and can verify that various result of distribution, trend, cumulation, correlation for AE Hit through Overlay function. Time data that detected from a material is verified periodic characteristic using frequency analysis.

AE-300 are provide basic configuration such as AE occurrence and system condition to easily setup for acquisition environment, various application condition for a system crack, leakage, and recording and edition tool to reduce external signal factor. In addition, it is included status monitoring of the preamplifier. AE-300 can simultaneously store Raw and AE feature signal, and then it can easily convert txt, csv file. Also, it support file management as a list structure, reporting tool.

  Time graph provide the condition of attenuation and characteristics of frequency using Raw data as a Voltage Unit when AE Hit is started from any material or structure. Using FFT analysis window, user can easily analyze characteristics of frequency.

  AE Analysis graph provide various analysis with a signal measurement parameters. The X-axis shows time, and Y-axis shows 3 kinds of parameter, which is checked as user defined values like amplitude, RMS, Energy with a different color. If the AE Hit is generated continuously, it display average, min, max, etc.
